Now that you have mastered the basics of pranayama practices, it is time to go one step ahead! The certificate course on advanced pranayama techniques by The Yoga Institute Delhi will help you get the hang of various advanced pranayama techniques along with the right teaching methodology to teach these breathing techniques efficiently.

Pranayamas are powerful yogic breathing techniques that boost your body’s bioenergy as well as strengthen both body and mind. Maharishi Patanjali mentions in his text “Yoga Darshanam” which was written around 2500 years ago that pranayamas are powerful techniques to achieve the highest degree of breathe awareness and profound meditative state. It prepares you for deep meditation.

Advanced Pranayama Course content

• Knowledge of nadi system and energy channels
• Bandha yoga, yoga mudras and mantras in pranayama practice
• Teaching techniques to become a capable teacher

You will receive a printed manual with a detailed list of subjects.

24 sessions of one hour each

THE PRINTED MANUAL IS COMPULSORY FOR ALL ASPIRING YOGA STUDENTS; HOWEVER, THE KIT IS MANDATORY BUT NOT NECESSARY TO BE BOUGHT FROM THE INSTITUTE.
